HashiConf 2025 - San Francisco, USA
What is HashiConf?
HashiConf is HashiCorp’s annual global conference focused on cloud infrastructure and security. It brings together developers, IT leaders, and the broader community to discuss automation and the management of critical applications. The event features technical sessions, hands-on Learn Labs, keynotes, social activities, certification opportunities, and product announcements that showcase HashiCorp’s future vision. The 2025 edition took place in San Francisco from September 24 to 26.
My experience as a HashiCorp Ambassador
Day 0
I was invited to HashiCorp’s headquarters for Ambassador Product Day, spending the day with other ambassadors. We met the developers of products like Boundary, Vault, Radar, Terraform, and etc.. shared feedback, discussed technical topics, and learned about future plans.
In the evening, we joined the welcome reception at Fort Mason, marking the official start of the event. 
Day 1
All ambassadors had a reserved spot right in front of the stage, providing a unique and privileged experience. 
The day was filled with technical sessions and product updates, especially around Infrastructure Lifecycle Management (ILM) and Security Lifecycle Management (SLM), such as: 
At lunchtime, I also participated in a feedback session on the Alpha Tester: Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional exam (Azure provider), which was a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences with the product team. 
The day concluded with a happy hour, further strengthening networking among participants. 
Day 2
The second day featured the announcement of Project Infragraph, a new initiative from HashiCorp (now part of IBM) to deliver agentic infrastructure. This real-time graph connects infrastructure, applications, services, and teams, bringing unified visibility, automation, and insights for hybrid and AI-ready operations. 
At midday, a special lunch gathered all HashiCorp certified professionals, creating a valuable moment for sharing experiences and networking.
The rest of the day was filled with insightful talks and technical sessions, making it a truly enriching experience for everyone present.
It was an honor to represent the community as a HashiCorp Ambassador and to participate in discussions shaping the future of cloud infrastructure. Do cloud right.
